Hello, my name is Emma and I am a 6 year old female Greyhound. I was bred for racing and have always lived in kennels but I couldn't run fast enough to ever race. When I came into rescue I was in a very bad condition, I was underweight, had lots of scars and my teeth were awful, eating was really painful. I have since had a dental which resulted in 16 teeth being removed. Although it still feels a bit odd, it doesn't cause me any problems and means that I can start enjoying my food again!
